Ultra Cell, Cell and Youth Germ

The Ultra Cell, the Cell, and the Germ Knee Protection Systems are covered by a six month warranty from the date of purchase. The hinges and frames of the Ultra CELL and GERM are covered for one full year. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.

Cyto Cell

The Cyto Cell is covered by a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. This includes all components of the brace. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.

If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of an Asterisk product, you may call Asterisk for a return authorization number and then send the product in for evaluation and possible repair. California state law requires that items accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary. Damaged items covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced at Asterisk’s sole discretion. Damaged items not covered under warranty will be repaired, when possible, for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Warranty servicing valid only in country of purchase. Service charges will apply if serviced outside the country of sales origin. Warranty void on all third party purchases.
